Moving to KC.  What's the real story with Union Hill?  Good place to move?  Sketchy?

i love how you spell jon.............

my wife lived in union hill apartments for a year while doing her residency in kansas city, really liked them, ample parking for urban apartments, and if you get on the north side of the apartments, pretty good views of the skyline too! good amenities, and decent rent prices, also, hallmark provides their security force too, which, is nice, 24 hours a day, any time you are outside at night, within a matter of minutes, you see the hallmark security trucks driving by. also, the short walk to crown center is GREAT.

Union Hill is a very nice area.  I lived in a townhouse there for several years.  Very quiet, little traffic, good neighbors.  The location is very convenient.

I lived in one of the old brick Victorians on Grand Street in Union Hill from 1998 to 2001.  Awesome neighborhood.  No children.  Lot of young professionals, singles and creative-types that work at Hallmark.

Union Hill is great. It's a little too white for me, but for some people that is utopia.

A little too white?  Now if someone said that too many hispanics lived there, or there were too many black folks, the forum would go up in flames.  I think I need a break from the insanity.
Are you sure we're talking about the same God here, because yours sounds kind of like a dick.

It's OK to be racist, but only against whites.

No, it means he doesn't like have alot of white people living around him. It's a bigoted bullshit statement. He should be warned or muted.

Only politically incorrect statements generate a warning or mute--Hitler references, poor people insults, etc.  Feel free to pile it on the white man.

Raytown is great. But we're moving out. It's getting a little to black for me.

I have my eye on this area as a place to live when I move back to KC.  I visited some homes during the home show several years ago and fell in love with the place.  Great neighborhood right in the thick of things with some really beautiful homes.  The flurry of activity around there today (the Founders, BMA conversion, Federal Reserve) will only make it better.

Yeah, I don't know about downtown anymore either, I got stopped on the street by some Mexicans the other day.  They are taking over.

DIVERSITY IS RACISM

HOMOGENY IS TOLERANCE
