Loft Interior Design Styles

Post by rockwood »

Hello:

I'm wondering as to what design style do you think most loft owners lean towards.

Retro, contemporary, transitional, traditional, or that furniture from college look?

Thanks.
Kewl stuff for kewl people.

I think with the industrial look and feel of lofts that contemporary looks best but that's just me! :)

i agree.  with contemporary/modern design, there is a lot of versatility and room for creativity.  everything from super-minimal to international to Z.Gallerie or Pier 1.

realistically, i think anything would work in a true loft except a "country" decor.  but who the hell would decorate their loft with quilts and rocking chairs and shit anyway?
