Hello All-
Long-story short, after 7 great years of living at Wallstreet Tower, I will be moving soon. I love the property and would like to keep the option of coming back someday, so I plan to lease the condo. It is one of the 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath units, 1520 square feet. For those not familiar, these units have hard wood floors, granite counter-tops, floor-ceiling windows, etc. In my biased opinion, the nicest units downtown(though I'm sure others might try to fight that!).

If you have particular questions about the building or unit, please feel free to message me! If you or someone you know is interested, please let me know! Also, I know there are some agents, etc who post here, please feel free to message me if you have a client who might want!

Unfortunately, yes. But not before I vote in the Streetcar election though;)
