Interesting turn this thread has taken. Can't wait to bump it up in several months when it becomes available for lease/sale again and re-read this stuff.

Finally time to re-list our condo. I am looking for recommendations on downtown real estate agents with whom to list. Anyone had any good experiences?

Have you considered daily/weekly leasing as a virtual BnB? There is apparently good money in it if having great unit in great location. But you'd have to keep it up in between visitors. Many are buying condos dedicated to doing this...

With high occupancy downtown you probably won't have problems quickly re-leasing but this is another option to consider that can have higher return if willing to put in the time to maintain.

Not really interested in short term rentals - I understand the appeal if you live in the City, but as I am not out of state, it would be too much of a hassle.earthling wrote:Have you considered daily/weekly leasing as a virtual BnB? Two condos just recently sold but to older buyers. Lower floor rentals have some recent college grads in them.
