I'll get right on that, right there. I looked up grammarhawk on Wikipedia it said "see butthawk"

actually "butter breath" is a term used in rural settings, mostly farm communities. it basically means you have licked the appendage of a bull that has just serviced a cow. hence the saying "go git some mints you butter breath smelling mofo".

Back to the topic-Smash and grab.

This AM about 6 as the neighbor lady and I were out doing our daily flower watering/deadheading, we found a purse in the yards between our houses.

The purse was open, the contents were strewn about it in the grass. First we thought someone had just lost it however when we saw all the stuff on the ground, we realized it had been stolen. When I called the police and he gave me the OK to pick it up out of the grass, I found a chunk of auto glass in it. When the officer came by to get it and check out the crime, he decided to drive the whole neighborhood since it was auto glass to see if there were any other break ins after he returned the purse to it's owner.

I haven't heard yet whether there were more breakins in the neighborhood or not.

These guys took her cash and left the checkbook, credit cards, etc.

She should not have left her purse in the car and parked her car on the street, however she should be able to if she wished.

I counted 4 more windows sunday morning  2 corner of 18th oak, and 2 by Madrigal (1 block north)..Im not out loooking for these by the way..

I am not sure the point..we all know theft from vehicles is the biggest crime downtown (if not counting driving the wrong way down a street) and we constantly tell people to keep things out of sight.

You're the one who somehow equated wearing sexy clothing to "putting yourself in position to be a victim." I never said anything like that. I said people who leave their wallet/purse on the front seat share blame in being a victim of a smash/grab.
