I've updated the wiki page...now in a table format, easier to read (and each column sortable)...and I've added all the addresses I know...please edit if you have any further info.

hey KCP, i've seen help wanted ads for Chefburger, so i assume they'll be opening in February as well.

Are a good number supposed to open on March 1st?

edit: but yeah, it's certainly not obvious that they'll be opening in Feb.  Pizza Bella took a while to work out its kinks pre-opening (at least it seemed that way, since they kept pushing back their opening date), it's more realistic if they open sometime in March probably.

Everything is supposed to be open by March 1st. That's what they say anyway.

my understanding (based on what tigerfan has said) is that there will be a soft opening in March to coincide with March Madness, and that the official grand opening won't be until May.

Not all tenants will be open by March 1.  Each one has their own construction schedule.

It's pretty commonly known around the real estate and construction community.

That may very well be, but has it been established somewhere that KCTigerfan is affiliated with said community?

Sorry if this is dumb, but these are actually all CONFIRMED tenants under some phase of construction? The Maker's Mark Bourbon House sounds like a brilliant way to blow through all my money.

I haven't visited the official Power and Light District Cordish site in a while, so I just did for fun. I don't recall seeing "Tangerine" on their list or anywhere this site. Is this a wypo, or is this a correct listing for a real addition to the district?

good find...that is a new page.

my guess is that tangerine was referred to as "chinabar" in the past. chinabar was an original concept too.

Also, I haven't seen this official announcement on the tenant list on this message board, but this news release states that The Peachtree will officially be a tenant in the district.
