Can anyone remind me  how many residential are going up in this project and the time frame? I know they are in phases but when are they supposed to be done.

Initially, a condo tower is going up on the southern side of the Jones Store Block.  It will be 18-20 stories and take up the all of the street frontage on 13th street.  There were some rumors going around that a second tower was going to be built in the initial phase,  but I've never heard this confirmed by Cordish.

All in all there are supposed to be 5 condo towers.  I believe two on the Jones store block, and one in each of the 3 southern blocks of the project.  It is impossible to know how many of these will get built though.

I heard the same thing, totalling 1500 units.  I also heard that they have begun taking reservations for the first building.

Cordish has not commited to either a final design or start date for residential portions of their development, but 22-26 stories in the Jones Store Block has been the most recent semi-public discussion.  No reservations, or sales, have started as yet.

The Truman Road/15th Street housing is not currently planned.
