Anti-Area rally tomorrow.....go rally for the pro side...

Tomorow at City Hall at Noon there is an anti-arena rally.

It would be HILARIOUS if more pro-arena people were there. Make signs, if you need arena signs contact me.

If nothing else, print out a bunch of these flyers and pass them out at the rally:

There is a very important rally Thursday at noon. Mayor Barnes would like everyone to be on the steps of City Hall to rally for the arena. It is imperative that we have an entire army of supporters for the arena there. Please join us!

I will not be there, but I strongly urge everyone to keep their emotions in check. Be vocal and be good. If ANYTHING gets goofy (shoving, throwing, whatever), KC will make national news as a bunch of inbred rednecks pissed over whenther or not we get a new tractor pull venue.

I'm all for the arena, but we don't need any bad national press with this thing.

I now cannot make it but I have two large signs I made in my car if someone who is going would like to use them. One of them shows that CAAT has a St. Louis street address and poses whether you still trust them to say what's good for KC. The other says "THE CAAT'S OUT OF THE BAG" and directs people to this web site for the truth about the anti-arena lies.

If you don't have a sign of your own and would like to use mine in today's rally, let me know and I can meet you in front of the Power & Light Building between now and 11:30. Otherwise I'll just use them on Monday.
