South Loop development map

Didn't feel this needed to go into any "official" threads....but here's a map I just threw together of the projects happening....simply amazing what's happening in this 1/2 mile radius. (if that big)

Just thought you guys would like to see it...I posted it on ssp.com

Yeah, I remember at least 1 block of the freeway being covered by some sort of open plaza.

Also the P&L project also includes the parking lot on the west side of the existing building, so that should be green as well.

CAN ANYONE SAY 'CRITICAL MASS'?!!!!
Hopefully this trend will continue and a new baseball
stadium is sitting 4 blocks to the south of this map!
For the first time in my lifetime, KC is starting to get
it when it comes to critical mass. Sprint Center and
Hallmark Park would be incredible 5-6 blocks from each other.
If that happened, how could we not move forward with light rail?
