Waiting until a certain percentage of Two Light is leased. Once that goal is reached, which will likely be near or before spring, plans to start on Three will get going! Same team from the developer that oversees these buildings is currently knee deep in getting Ballpark Village phase two which includes residential, retail, office and hotel space off the ground. Not to mention Texas Live construction. Busy times!

Followed by Three Light announcement Wednesday. Tomorrow’s announcement is going to be very cool. Unique for someone wanting to live, work and play downtown.

I can't even come up with a half serious guess on what this is that I would be excited about.

Just give us some normal retail clothing.

Downtown isn’t ready for more retail unless you’re talking TJ Maxx or a smaller Target. This space is large, but not that large.

You’re not easily excited and this space won’t likely have an impact on your life, so I’m sure you’ll be disappointed. Other models like it in different cities have been a major success, so we are optimistic.
