Well that's a new one. 90% of the time builders and developers don't take the time to make the work site look somewhat pleasing. I typically see the corny rectangular sign stuck in the ground that says "coming soon".

Pretty sure he was satirizing the complaint from some on this board that all the Cordish buildings will look the same.

Surprised they haven't started on three light yet. I believe they had said construction would start before two light was finished. If anything, I thought they would have released a rendering by now.

There's a statement in this thread that they were going to move the crane over for three light.

I wouldn't expect to see much movement on it until the crane isn't needed on the current tower.
Ideally- Don't want to dig for footers until can pour concrete. Don't want to pour concrete and be stuck with just footers exposed to the weather.

I expect the timing will be around when exterior glass is all installed.

Three light will break ground when two light is 40% leased. All penthouses and most upper level units are leased so I can't imagine they're very far from that goal.

Do you know how many ground floor spaces will be available along Truman Rd. when it opens?

When I walked by the other day, it sure looked like they're angling for one tennant. Maybe two. Surprised nobody's been announced.
