I'm very glad to have them in the P&L, but what this article really makes me wonder is WTF is going on in the Plaza? Why are they refusing to renew so many leases?  I can't imagine that they have another tenant in mind that would be PERFECT for a tiny little gelato spot...

I agree with that. I hope the Plaza doesn't lose all the little guys.

I hope Balsano works out in the P&L, it seems like they will really miss out on the foot traffic. Who's walking about at 2pm on a Wednesday? No one.

I am not positive, but I think Diebels might be taking over that space.  There have been issues between them and the gelato place

Apparently Glacé is being served at Cosentino's... why bother with gelato? :D
