If you would ever actually read this forum, rather than just be a troll, you would see that this is already being discussed here:

It should have it's own thread, no need in being in denial.

The point is that you login to post trolling info and don't read the forum, not the validity of it deserving it's own thread.

If we had a thread for every business that got sued, that's all we would have.

Great job though BB, we were all just in denial until you put a light on this scandal.

Then, talk to a Mod if you think it needs its own thread unless your sole purpose is trolling, no need being in denial.

Didn't know where to stick this info, but a friend of mine who used to work at Bice told me over the weekend that last night was supposed to be their last night.  Anyone confirm?

bring on a good local italian place.  I must say bice was the biggest disappointment of all announced tenants...i had high hopes for them and their food.  That roofdeck rocks too.

Holy sh*t.  Seriously?  I thought that place closed months ago?

I haven't seen anybody in that place for ages.

Had maybe the worst pizza of my life at that shit hole. Good riddance. Prime location too for a decent spot.

Why?

Cupinis is a perfect example of spin off growth filling vacant storefronts outside of the P&L.  That stretch along 12th St. is becoming one of the best organic growth areas of downtown.

Yeah, you're right.  I just guess that they would make a killing in that location.  They seem to be what Bice was supposed to be.

They might make a killing in revenue but profit would probably be impacted by the very high rents.  I would like to see more home grown ventures down there as I think they might bring people into the area.  The only restaurants I see consistently busy when I am in town are Bristols (hometown) and Gordon Biersch (chain).
