I heard from a politico guy that the state funding of the Ed Dome was to make up for the state money that went to Arrowhead and the K the first time.  So we're even now, or something.

hardly true. stl has gotten more state money for decades then kc. and if i am not mistaken, arrowhead and k were voted on in 1967 by jackson county voters.

Is there actually a definitive source on the interent that would confirm or disafirm your statement?  I truely don't know the answer.

It may not have been the TSC, but I heard someone else say that the Ed Dome balanced things out.  I'll try to find out what it was.
