Can't imagine what their overhead is to rent that building, but 3,000-4,000 a night won't cut it.

They were 3rd and 4th rate when they were averaging 15,000 fans, not sure what the difference is now

Three years ago the league had some hot owners. After one year downtime, two in KC, interest went away.
I may be right. I may be wrong. But there is a lot of gray area in-between.

Only Milwaukee and Georgia (who play in a smaller suburban arena) have smaller attendance figures. I bet the team relocates after this year or next. It was a nice novelty, but the folding of the league killed any momentum they built that first year.
