Not sure what the expiration date of the NFL various TV contracts but I don't see any league expansion until that TV money is established and the teams see how it is distributed. So no London team until expansion, if then. If a team does play there I see the Players Assoc. having a big say, expansion or relocation. Don't see a current team relocating unless there is a local London ownership. And maybe not until there is a second European team, say in Germany, so when a team travels to Europe it is for two games instead of one. Kinda like when the Dodgers moved to LA, a second team also had to move to California which was the Giants.
One article I came across said London was probably 6 years away at least.

It's not like anyone in LA grew up loving the good STL Rams teams. Not sure a "Legends who you never liked" game was ever going to be a good idea.
