It looks as if the Chambers Lofts are getting close to being finished. They have removed some of the barricades from around the building, and I liked what I saw on the street-level.
There was retail space of varying sizes for 4 or 5 different businesses on the street. Looked good.

I haven't been able to find a website for this building.
I have a feeling that it is a Soho building, but that is only conjecture at this point. This building has the same lettering on it as the EBT, Campbell, Jewell, and Opera House lofts. But really that doesn't mean much.
It is a 12 story building at 25 E 12th downtown.

just a guess but I think it's the Hotel Phillips (now).
Hanover and Chamber buildings were being done by the same company....I don't have any company on record though....I know they are going to be "affordable" housing.....under market rate.

Affordable housing rentals....under $1/sq. ft. I'm sure just because the developer got 353's out of the deal if I remember right.

I got a number for the lofts today... but only a machine picked up. The recording stated the number was for the Library Lofts... so... i dunno. I would inquire more but they won't let me have all my pets
