Height Limit, if it counts for buildings also

I just found out that the overall limit for KC for TV Towers is 2049' above sea level. If this applies to buildings, 1KCP could have been 1149' on the west side and 1194' on the east, this is enough to beat out AON Center ;)

umm, I think it may have two names, I dunno much except AON Center, John Hancock Tower & Sears Tower. It is (or was) called Amoco Building.
