Griffith Building on 13th and Oak

There appears to be renovation going on in the Griffith Building on the SE corner of 13th and Oak streets. Does anyone know what is happening with this building. Is it going to be offices or apartments?
There is no fifth destination.

If I'm thinking of the right building, this will be offices. A law firm that is currently in 911 Main has bought the building and will be relocating.
