Salvation Army Construction
Today I noticed while driving down E. 11th St. between Paseo and Troost (on the north side of the street) that Salvation Army is constructing a new building. Does anyone know what it is they are building and any details about the structure?
There is no fifth destination.

"Salvation Army breaks ground on $18M rehab center
The Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center broke ground Friday on its new $18 million facility at 10th Street and Tracy Avenue in Kansas City.
The complex will include a four-story, 55,000-square-foot building for rehabilitation programs, offices and a 136-bed living unit for program participants; and a two-story, 68,600-square-foot processing and distribution center for donated merchandise that's sold at the Salvation Army's 15 regional Family Thrift Stores..."
