Found these links on KIVAweb. 1600 Grand is now owned by an entity called Solo Lofts.

Good find on the kiva though...that is an awesome tool to find out what's going on on certain properties.

It seems odd to me that almost the entire west side of Grand from 15th to 17th is for sale. Why is this?

1600 and 1612 were probably scooped up first because there is a vacant lot between them for parking.

I did notice some interior demolition taking place today at 1500 Grand.
