Hmm, well try this one, maybe this will work:
the first attempt at resizing, i used a software I have called idimager, which is a fairly all encompassing photo editing software-- i mostly use it for adding borders and resizing before uploads.
the one in this post I did by using a cheapo thing called resizer that I downloaded free off the net...but you get what you pay for, as it's not very user friendly.
