There is a person on here that I don't share the same opinion with on a very touchy subject, but for the most part everyone on here is cool. I respect everyones view (well except for that one^^^)so I choose not to ignore anybody.

I am currently not ignored by anyone. But, when we had the Karma scale, I didn't do so well.

I don't have anyone on ignore. If I don't like what was said, I'd just ignore the post, but not put anyone on Ignore.

I am a strong supporter of using ignore. Do you ever wonder why i so rarely involve myself in flame wars? If I don't like what a person is saying, I ignore them, that way the forum isn't littered with the shit the majority of the rest of you post in flame wars.

If someone you ignore posts a thread, you can still see it, but if you open it, a message over the post will declare that you have that user ignored.

I am not saying that there should be no arguments, but i have seen petty squables that bordered on sexist, racist, homophobic, etc, and I have no intention of wasting my time with closed minded people. Once that person no longer gets the attention, they lose their power.

Turn it off, simple as that. I think that you can set tha setting to no ignoring on the admin screen.
