St. Louis Downtown Entertainment District. The Bottle District
Sounds nice. They have a really cool web site too.
www.thebottledistrict.com
Not usually a fan of them, but it has an awesome web-site intro, not too long like some.
"Choose from dinner and a concert at Cabo Wabo, a 40+ mph spin around an authentic, indoor, European-style Formula One kart track at Grand Prix Speedways. Enjoy a happy hour of bowling and drinks at our bowling facility or catch your favorite sporting event on a 30 foot media wall at Rawlings All American Grille. You'll find it all in The Bottle District. Joe Edwards, the pioneering developer in University City's Delmar Loop, plans a "boutique" bowling alley. "

"The Bottle District name came, in part, from buried bottles found on the property. It's also a connection to the city's history as a hub for breweries and other bottlers. Developers also want to restore a 34-foot-tall Vess sign, shaped like a soda bottle, on the property."
I didn't know St Loius was the home of VESS Cola!
They are gonig to have three condo towers at 14-15 floors and 700 units.

The developer is the Ghazi Company. web-site: http://www.theghazicompany.com/
They are also developing the EpiCentre in Charlotte, NC whcih will include a 54 story condo tower.
Looks allot like the Cordish Company.
Is it just me, or is every city in the country building a " Downtown Entertainment District"?

I think a 30 foot tall Budweiser bottle would be cooler.

That is possibly the first time I have seen someone bump someone elses thread. Most of the time it is the thread "owner" that wants more replies.
