Lincoln Yards Chicago

Saw this new project being considered in Chicago on the North Side near Lincoln Park Neighborhood. I wish we could get something built like this in KC. This project looks massive, who knows if it gets fully built. Wonder if Amazon HQ2 would consider this spot if it starts moving along?

It looks like there are about 3 pharmacies and a costco and target not very far from this project (all within a mile). I'm assuming there would be ped bridges set up if this project ever gets completed
