Nice to see this happening. Hopefully Cornish accelerates the Phase 3 build-out on the strength of Phase 2, which looks like it should be a slam dunk.

Unfortunately, most of the newer office buildings - younger than 30 years - have been government buildings.
Many of the new office buildings - even build-to-suit offices - have risen in the CWE, Clayton and the rest of St. Louis suburbia.
With conversions of old office buildings and warehouses downtown into residential uses and reuses for office, it is slowly necessitating the need for new office construction - particularly Class A - in downtown St. Louis.
