Yea, I took that from my phone from an observation deck, here are a few more I got while up there.

Doesn't seem like all to long ago the city over-reacted to a mass shooting somewhere and closed the observation deck fearing a repeat of the University of Texas Tower incident. I am wondering what the hours are and if people can go to the top unattended.

yes it's city hall and you can't go up there without a security guard.
