7 on the Plaza?

There is an ad in this week's pitch about "7" a new restaurant "coming soon" on the Plaza.

Any ideas anybody? Only open spaces I can think of is on the east side of the Plaza on Bellview where "Trattoria Luigi" was (they are doing interior work on that place) and the space where Houlihan's is now.

The only thing it says is "Kansas City's premier restaurant, come for the food, stay for the atmosphere

coming soon to the Plaza area.

Is this the restaurant that used to be Trattoria Luigi? It now has a sign saying "coming soon" but no name on it....it's the building on belleview that has been painted red.

I was in the old Luigi restaurant on Wednesday. It has an Italian sounding name like Segafredo. Had some drinks and apps. The upstairs has been made into a lounge. The walls are painted a deep red, there are black leather chairs and couches and zebra skin carpet. It was pretty nice. The menu was only a page, consisting of mostly hot and cold appetizer-size dishes. There are 5 or 6 larger dishes as well. I'm not sure when they are opening, or if this is the mysterious 7 or not.
