Well, I was goin' to say Piropos in Parkville...but I believe that opened in 2001? I'd also pick Jack's Stack Barbecue in the Freight House District...but that isn't really a new restaurant since Jack's Stack has other older KC locations. I guess I'll pick the Cuban Corner Cafe in KCK...I think they opened in January?
The Pendergast Poltergeist Project!

I finally divorced beer and proposed to whiskey, but I occassionally cheat with fine wine.

Jackstacks opened in 2000...Zin opened in 1998 or 1999 I think...at the latest 2000. Both are really good. City Tavern has the best location for resturant of 2002. It's food it ok...but it looks really cool inside.
