I stopped in to check it out. Not sure about their full time hours, but it is a coffee shop that you can stop in to get something when they're open - apart from making a reservation to hang out with the cats. They said they had done 12 adoptions in their first 11 days. So, it's off to a good start. I hope they can make it.

Yes, according to their website, it is not allowed. Too much potential for spreading disease/parasites. The cats in the cafe are all cleared by the shelter they are brought in from.
