New (Aussie!) owners and renovation, previously known as Sasha's. Big upgrade on the food and service, and the really uncomfortable chairs are gone and the patio is much improved.

Discontinuing dinner service downtown. Can't say I ever went but wish restaurants would give dinner service a little more time to work before giving up.

Still doing breakfast and lunch and I have had some really good food there

Agreed. I think business owners severely underestimate the amount of time it takes for customers to acclimate to a new offering at an existing spot. Here, I feel like because everyone thinks of them for breakfast it needed lots of marketing and time to get into people's minds for dinner.

It's going to take a catalyst -- a restaurant that generates significant word of mouth -- to make dinner hours in the north loop/financial district happen. Banksia wasn't it.
