Pawns and Pints- 221 Southwest Blvd

A kickstarter campaign to fund a board game cafe called Pawns and Pints met its fundraising goals. They state they have a lease signed at 221 Southwest Blvd. This would be an interesting addition! I wonder if they have their liquor license in order... :?
