El Porton Cafe Is Up Next

...in the revolving space across from Costco. (RIP..Orange Box, Poco's, Fire Burger, etc)

Sad to see Poco's not make it, but am pretty excited about this.

Made it by their location at I435 and Mission Road.

Their food was great, unique and well priced.

I'll be checking them out on Linwood next week.

So THAT is Indian Creek Parkway.

Stopped by the Linwood location on Sunday. They were just putting on the finishing touches and expected to be ready for regular business today (Tuesday).

My reaction to this is likely similar to that of someone who lives near Roe and Indian Creek Parkway when I say "They are at Gillis and Pacific."

Maryville is in the northland and Sedalia is part of Kansas City, both are incorrectly broad in the use of "in Kansas City", so why not go the other extreme and be overly specific sometimes?

I think all Maryville and Sedalia discussion is supposed to take place in the Sportz thread...

That block needs to be razed for residential. Nobody's going to dine there, shop there; people go specifically for Costco/Home Depot and go on home.
