I'm not surprised. It's between a popular price chopper, a HyVee, and a Natural Grocery. I also believe that the Mission Target, which was a Greatland store, sells produce. There's also a SunFresh to the north and a Neighborhood Market to the south.

Olathe already has a Hen House on the southwest corner of Santa Fe/Black Bob intersection next door to the pet store.
