435 and Antioch Road
Developer Chris Curtin’s latest rezoning request was precipitated by his acquisition of the five homes at 103rd Street and Antioch Road. In their place, he proposes four retail buildings, including a 45,000-square-foot specialty grocery store maybe Fresh Thyme or Lucky's Market or Trader Joes, and a two-level parking garage.

Sounds like the project has entered more gridlock. If only he take his money and leave to downtown KC.

When we said that we should have a new thread for every Fresh Thyme store the city does not have, we weren't being serious .mgsports wrote:Developer Chris Curtin’s latest rezoning request was precipitated by his acquisition of the five homes at 103rd Street and Antioch Road. Rending shows a Supermarket so maybe Hen House. I could think of others but Ramey Price Cutter might not want to come to KC area.
