JoCo in general is about 30-40 years away from a tax/fee problem, as in they need to build denser to not need to massively raise them in the future.
It's not the roads that will cause this, it's the water and sewer system. What's happening in KC where just about everything needs replacing will come to JoCo.
Thus the focus on more density. Most people in local government get this even if residents don't.

They are building denser. The majority of anything happening in JoCo consists of large apartment complexes, some are even replacing blighted strip malls and old golf courses.
