Where is this?

Didn't Children's Palace go out of business back in the early 90's? If so, that is pretty bad the space couldn't be leased for 20+ years.

Given the source and lack of info, don’t count on the name or location being right.

Could refer to a Children’s Place clothing store in Missouri

Crazy idea, how about a link to a location on Google Maps? A loopnet listing?

I assume he's talking about the location at NE corner of 95th & Metcalf.

I still think mgsports is KCDCChef incognito. Trying to mess with us all and the Kansas development. If true, I've been more than impressed with his commitment!

He posts on other development sites. One even had a user photo.

I can't believe we're posting like he's not in the room.

No part of Ninety Five West was a Toy Store at one time.
