Olathe Best Buy Closing

Post by jbean3535 »

I guess there was an issue with the landowner and the new lease that was to be signed to keep Best Buy there. Currently scheduled to close 10/27/17

Maybe relocate to Alden Center Phase 2 or Olathe Gateway Phase 2.

Lease issues or not, I'm not surprised Best Buy wants to re-locate to a higher profile, higher traffic location along 119th.

Where because only other big enough space left is Olathe Gateway Phase 2 that hasen't been developed yet because Tractor Supply Company former space not big enough, nothing big enough in Olathe Station and have one down the road on 119th street in OP. 135th street by Greenwood and 135th street lots room for but would have to build space like next to Academy Sports and Outdoors for example.
