Regency Park wants build a new space with in Development

Nothing except redevelopment. Don't confuse it with making a new park.

A new 5,000 square foot Building maybe it's former Whole Foods or some one else is leaving maybe Michaels.

The Whole foods/Cinzetti's area is a seperate development. This would be a new building in addition to renovating what's already there. As for who'd want a new freestanding 5,000 sf, I'd go with the typical fast casual culprits.
