They pretty much drew the Plaza on their page and the description is what you write when you have no actual details to give other than a covered plaza and a McMansion scale of detail.Promenade of Blue Valley is positioned along the 135th street corridor adjacent to the state lines of Kansas and Missouri. Offering a mixed-use development of upscale retail, restaurants, office, and residential townhomes including beautifully landscaped parkways and open markets featuring an eclectic mix of architectural styles that recall a quaint downtown with the sophistication of the upper demographic surroundings. Promenade of Blue Valley is the destination for exciting shopping, dining, and entertainment. Highlighting the retail core is a large two-story indoor/outdoor covered plaza.
This is minutes from Prairie Fire and Corbin Park, and we know how Prairie Fire has struggled. Not a good sign. And it's right next to a Target and Walmart.
27 acres is about the size of the shopping center at Linwood/Main for comparison. That's not very big when you account for the parking they're going to need to meet minimums. It's going to be contemporary fake downtown veneer and parking garages

Why? I just think these developers come up with these ideas just to get the tax breaks then just move on, they don't care at all if these thing gets quality tenants
Re: Just another big development
Also in Leawood so won't get like Hy-Vee on 135th street but will get an Organic Grocer on it down by Roe Ave. like Park Place or phase 2 of Prairiefire
