What are you talking about?

The Zara website doesn't show a store closer than Texas and the Prairie Fire website doesn't mention them either.
7 for All Mankind is inside a Standard Style in Town Center Plaza.

It would be really sad if the Prairie Fire website is crazy out of date but when the actual companies don't mention stores there it seems unlike it's wrong.

take a look at the second to last slide with the leasing master plan for phase 2. If you zoom in you'll see Zara on the very far left, 7 for all mankind in the middle (two spots above apartment leasing). some of the other proposed tenants include: tumi, kate spade, michael kors, armani exchange.

Sounds like someone jumped off the parking garage last night at Prariefire, although no news stations have picked it up to my knowledge.

HomeGoods confirmed for Fresh Market space. Can't see the REI crowd shopping there much.

Apparently their Museum isn't doing all that well.

http://www.kansascity.com/news/local/ar ... 93119.html

Not a place I would consider going but I could see how JoCo school kids would love it. But it shows how difficult it is to make a go at it with an un-endowed museum in the burbs with no taxpayer support (although B&V does kick in some money). Successful museums need to either be a unique experience that keeps bringing people back like the Nelson does or be located in a central location accessible by the entire metro where there patronage can also be augmented by tourists. I've steered a lot of out-of-towners to the centrally located Steamboat Arabia and they loved the experience.

And the theater still is not doing well...

But Phase Two will fix all their problems, no doubt. When it is built in 2025.
