Top Northland Employers

Post by ShowME »

I'm currently an analyst for Sprint. I was notified today that my job will be outsourced overseas beginning November 1, 2003 and I have the choice of either finding another job within Sprint or if I don't I can continue working here till Nov.1 and will be given 2 weeks severance pay for every year of service which by then will be 5 years. Anyways in the meantime I'll be getting married and my soon-to-be wife will be having our baby. We will also be moving North of the River probably in Clay county. Can anyone name me the top employers north of the river besides the obvious (casino's, Cerner, Ford and the airlines). I appreciate anyone's leads..

Just east of I-29 @ Barry Road?

To me, the stuff at the bottom left looks where the B&N and AMC theaters are.

Wherever it is, it's ugly!

I finally divorced beer and proposed to whiskey, but I occassionally cheat with fine wine.

Citigroup is a BIG employer up there but their employee code and policy is a little shady. they are based out of Las Vegas and have A LOT of regional offices like the one in the northland. the only reason i know about em is my brother works for citigroup in south bend, IN(chicago region) and he's been moved scads of times. if you want to stay in KC i wouldn't go there.

On 210, maybe half mile or so east of I-35. Near 210 & Choteau.
