No it's not just chains that are near by would like to see come.

My wishlist for the Northland is new-urbanist (throwback term alert!) infill development in the inner Northland, especially along North Oak and infill along corridors where leapfrog development has occurred, coupled with significant de-annexation. Start with everything southeast of Gracemor/WOF, and everything north of Cookingham.

Oddly, I have a very similar wishlist for south of the River too.

Don't deannex. All that will do is mean Smithville or Liberty takes over the same land.
