The city of North Kansas City is shutting down food trucks in their community.

The attached New York Times article from yesterday tells the story of a city caught holding firmly to status quo.

There is a Qdoba going in where the Schlotzkys used to be on the Liberty side. This is a new entrant to the entire KC market. Similar to Chipotle I believe.

If you ever go up Burlington you've seen the sign for this place
http://www.chickennpickle.com/

In recent weeks the street at the sign has been closed for what looks like replacement water line work. Looks like this project is under way.

Looks like its taking all the empty space along Burlington from 18th Ave to Trojan Press

I don't post here much anymore, but it's always a good read. Except for pretty much every one of your posts. Holy hell, do you just smack random keys without concern for how words may or may not look once they've landed onto the screen? I honestly don't understand what would drive someone to make so many posts that are not only poorly-written, but almost entirely factually incorrect.

There was never an announcement of them as a tenant.

So either you have inside knowledge and just gave away information you shouldn't be saying, or you made that up.

there's metal framing for the building up now. there's no major setback from Burlington. it will fit in with the existing buildings well
