The Ross has been open for months. That site plan is old.

The Subway opened awhile back in Foxwoods.

what's ironic is the final site plan for the Ross was approved by Liberty two years ago.

I knew that about Ross because hiring for KCMO location for a Manager and also located next to Dicks in Liberty.

Spices in NKC is pretty good, but I've only been there once. Mostly Thai, but with the usual "Chinee" dishes to appeal to the masses, including Vietnamese. By the DMV, around 24th and Burlington.
