I had heard once and can't remember where that the strip mall that included the now closed KMart and Theater is being demolished and something new going in, the theater would be building on vacant land just south of Culvers, has anyone else heard this?

found the proof the theatre is looking to move and early detail on the shopping center redevelopment

Blue Jay Crossing is indeed that shopping center the Cluvers, US Bank and such are in that replaced Clayview

The theatre is coming along finally. the concrete walls are up and the structure for the entrance is up or mostly up
