senior housing near NKC hospital

it whipped by going NB so I didn't catch it all but I saw a sign along I-35 between 210 and the split announcing new senior housing in the area

it mentioned being close to the hospital

Probably talking about the new building at roughly 29th & Burlington behind Ruby Tuesday's.

Or where a Burger King is that city wants to tear down for redevelopment of property and around it that's empty but the Owner of that Burger King doesn't want to give up property.

Burger King won its' eminent domain case, and thus probably will remain in place.

I saw the sign. this project is 750 yards from NKC hospital

it's being done by the land source
