Development at Brighton and NE 80th/MO-152

Happened by this area and they are clearing off a large chunk of land on the southeast side of Brighton and MO-152 with 80th St. bounding it on the south side. There is a new apartment complex just to the east of this area, so thought it might be more apartments. Definitely expect it to be some type of residential, though I guess commercial is a possibility.

Anyone know what might be going down in that area?

The existing buildings east of Brighton and north of Soccer drive (80th) are condos and row homes. All owner occupied.

There are plans to build an apartment complex just west of the existing homes, and commercial directly along Brighton. Google Brighton Creek for plans from a few years ago.
