Armour / Burlington

The old grain processing building on the west side of the intersection of Armour / Burlington is now history.  Wrecking ball brought the last of it down the past week.  I know the land was purchased by Tnemec with plans for using a portion of the land for expansion and the rest for other development.  Anyone know specifics of what's going to be done there?

I had heard that this was purchased and demolished by the city of NKC.  Is this wrong?

No, ADM sold the property to Tnemec for what I heard was a relatively small amount.  Can't remember exactly but I think it was around $2 million.  http://recorder.claycogov.com/ImageCach ... 001991.PDF

If light rail was going down Burlington this would be a hot site for development.
