Then there's the last row home buildings to go in. This project is ending up being a defining urban-style single home neighborhood for KC.

The last single family home is nearly complete and the first new row home building is going up on the east side.

This development remains the best example of master planned single family urban home design in the city. If you still haven't been by it I recommend taking a trip to see it. It's ~2 blocks from bus 142 on foot and is easy to get to by car. There's a brand new sidewalk along 32nd at the senior living improving ped access.
